"This sculpture features twelve motorised houseflies tapping on twelve windows. Suggestive of narrative yet not didactic, the work remains open to interpretation—as parable, metaphor, or lesson. Flies, long laden with symbolic meaning in art and literature, are trapped in a looping struggle, endlessly tapping against a human-made barrier. The windows block their passage between inside and outside, holding them in a state of repetitive, futile persistence.

Their buzzing encodes Morse sequences of the words 'yes', 'no', 'maybe', 'sometimes', 'always', and 'never', creating shifting patterns of agreement and opposition. The title draws on multiple meanings of the words “Way” and “View,” invoking the subjectivity of perspective, the limits of understanding, and the different paths, methods, and approaches that can be taken. By pairing the small, familiar image of a fly at a window with the coded language of shifting positions, the work reflects the broader dynamics of indecision, conviction, and change in human politics."]
